Well Microsoft has finally made a tool that makes building your own website quite easy, in fact, so easy that anyone can do it. The program is called Expression Web and on the CD that comes with the program is a nice tutorial (it's very good) and the program itself has all sorts of help features. But sometimes it is not so easy to read the help menu, while configuring pages on your website.
